246 Dinners

The early church took the concept of hospitality very seriously. Their homes were open daily for mutual edification and fellowship. We read in Acts 2:46, And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts...

So, during the month of July we want to get together in our homes to enjoy 246 Dinners. Instead of gathering at the church building on Wednesday evenings as we normally do, we are encouraging all the members of our church to open up their homes and enjoy an evening of biblical hospitality with each other. We believe that following the fellowship pattern of the early church will deepen our bonds of love, help us know each other better, and lead us to grow in Christlikeness both individually and corporately.

A Quick Note for Our Hosts:

Thank you so much for opening your home! We want to assure you that the church office will never automatically assign anyone to your home. Instead, host families will be provided a list of available individuals/families looking for a group, and the final approval always belongs to you. Thank you for your flexibility and heart for hospitality!
